First Things First.... |
The very first thing I do with my buyers is to have a meeting. This meeting we will discuss agency disclosure, their needs and wants in their dream home and to get them in a good financing position to purchase that home. It is important that you stick to your comfort range in terms of price, down payment and monthly payment. We will also discuss the many alternatives in financing from V.A. with No Money Down to larger down payments to eliminate P.M.I. (Private Mortgage Insurance). Also we will discuss Non-Conforming loans for those who have marginal credit problems. There is just about a program for everyone.

Time To Search.... |
Once we finalize the type of home, location and the method of financing. It is now time for me to go to work. I will diligently search the Multiple Listing Service daily by entering the necessary criteria and to keep you informed regularly. Our search will also consist of me personally scouting an area and to inform as many agents as possible through MLS e-mail and through our Company meetings. Once we have our list of homes, I will then call you to schedule a tour at your convenience. We will view as many homes no matter how long it takes.

Let's Make an Offer.... |
We find the perfect home and now it is time to write an offer. This is by far the most important part of purchasing a home because it consists of many important conditions that must be carefully orchestrated. We will prepare an offer to purchase and cover the purchase contract in great detail. Dotting every I and crossing every T.

Closing the Deal.... |
They have accepted our offer. Now it is time to go over my exclusive Accepted Buyers CheckList. This important list I personally created to help all my clients keep track of important deadlines. It could be devastating if any of these important deadlines are missed. It is a step-by-step outline from ordering inspections to viewing the closing statement prior to closing. Now financing is in place, all contingencies have been met and now it is time to go close the deal. I will personally attend the closing to personally make certain that all goes well.
