As the leader of the team, my duty is to manage the day-to-day
operations. Every inquiry from buyers and sellers, problems, and any glitches that may come up are handled personally by me
with the most sense of urgency. I am one of the best negotiators in the area with over a decade of full-time real estate services
available, as our results have proven. Please review my list of testimonials provided on my website. See why more buyers and
sellers are choosing "Our Professional Team" for all their real estate needs. I would love the
opportunity to put our team to work for you.
Tom Bennett
Buyers Specialist
Direct (419) 283-5941

Tom is the team's personal Buyer's Assistant. His main function on the team is to
search on a full-time basis to find a buyer for your home and/or to find a new home for you. With a combined effort, Tom and I
will search for prospective buyers through random postcard mailings, search from my personal list of buyers, and work the open houses
along with our other varieties of buyer prospecting programs we have initiated. In addition to his many tasks of prosptecting,
Tom and I will also schedule and tour with our buyers.
Jessica Poindexter
Administrative Assistant
Jessica is the team's Administrative Assistant. Jessica helps to manage the marketing programs we utilize for your home.
The most effective programs she helps support is the direct mail program, "Just Listed" & "Just Sold" post cards, full-color
showcase booklets, and full-color information box handouts for your home. She is also responsible for submitting detailed information
to our Web Designer to assure that your home has the greatest exposure on the Internet. Jessica also manages the prompt feedback
from a showing of your home. It is automatically emailed to me so I can call you immediately with the results. Jessica also
prepares the closing file once your home is sold, which is then approved by me, personally, before it is sent to our closing secretary.
